Item Distribution
Item distribution will be done based on a system where a member “locks” an item. Multiple items may be locked at the same time. For some items however there will be a minimum required amount to lock. (Check “Item Cost”-table)



Example:

• Foo has 2/8 RNG head seals and locks 6 seals for the amount of 18 points.
• Bar has 6/8 RNG head seals. He needs only 2 more but the minimum required to lock this item is 4. So he can decide to use up 12 points for 2 seals or acquire these outside the LS.

How does it work?
Items may be locked on a first come first serve basis. Locking items can be done by posting it on the forum or by telling one of the leading team or asking a linkshell member to post it for you in case you dont have internet access. When distributing items this means that the member that locked the item first will be the first to acquire all of it’s kind. After this member is finished with the items the next in line will and so on.

Once members have decided on which items they would like to lock the event will be planned. By knowing what our members want to acquire next the event can be planned with less hassle and possibly more gain (if multiple members need items that drop from the same NM).

Insufficient attendance
In the case it happens that there are not enough members online for an event the leading team will decide what will be the next event to do. Because events can be planned more carefully it will be possible to switch events without spending too much time thinking about what to do next.

Additional notes
It is safe to say that points for an event can only be earned when a member of the leading team is present to take attendance. So it is not possible to earn points then.
In the case you don’t have frequent access to a computer to check the internet you are always able to ask one of the leading team about your points and locking items.
Events are not mandatory but naturally you are expected to help your fellow members out.
